The heart behind Awake student ministries is that each one of us would have our ears and eyes opened to what God is speaking and doing in the world around us. High School Pastor
Born and raised in the Midwest, I am a simple man. I like meat and potatoes, hard work and hospitality. Most of all I love Jesus, my wife, and seeing God transform the lives of young people. I am committed to a life of learning, living out my convictions, and leading others in grace and truth.



High School Admin
Having lived in Snohomish County my whole life, my heart burns for the young people here and long to see them live for Christ. I’ve attended New Life since 2001 and have been involved in Youth Ministry for the past five years. I am currently working towards my Bachelor's in Visual Communications with an emphasis in Graphic Design and plan to apply my learnings to this ministry. I enjoy spending time with my family, being creative, working behind the scenes, singing and playing the guitar, and investing in relationships in my community. Above all, I love spending each day learning to live more like Christ; laying down my life for others like He laid down His life for me.


Middle School Director
I've lived in Everett all my life, graduated from Everett High School, and played baseball at Everett Community College. In the midst of the worst point in my life the Lord revealed to me that He was a personal God and that He had mercy, even for me. I decided to give my life to Him and spent the next three years involved in New Life's internship program, Ministry Institute, and serving in the High School ministry. With this opportunity to serve our middle schoolers, I'm hoping to teach students who they are in Christ and how they can specifically love God and people better.


Middle School Admin
My husband, Brandon, and I welcomed our first baby boy, Aden, into our family this year. I have been working in youth ministry since 2003. I love administrative work, and all the time I get to spend with students. 


Worship Director
I am a husband, a guitar player, a songwriter, and a tea fan, but have nothing if not for the One Thing. I love Jesus and seek to live out my everyday in absolute pursuit of His heart. I'm but a product of His abundant grace and proof that He can do extraordinary things in very ordinary people. I'm all in to see lives rearranged by the love of Jesus and to see the people of God stand as difference makers in a desperate world.
